Hello everyone! My name is Nathalie, from Cleveland, Ohio. The hearts and hands behind "Sweet Plantz". I have been a vegan since 2021, but I have been baking vegan desserts before that time. In fact, one of the many reasons that brought my long-term boyfriend and I together, would be my delicious vegan brownies I used to bake for him a lot when we were just friends. Just as I knew being vegan was my spiritual calling, I knew being a baker and selling vegan treats was also my calling! It took me awhile to get to this point, mostly because of self-doubt. However, after countless attempts to make money through DoorDash, Catering services, Instacart, you name it, I just realized that working for any of those companies did not bring me joy, and definitely did not provide stable income. When my son was two or three years old, I used to bring him with me as I did Instacart orders sometimes in the winter too, and let me tell you, carrying a toddler and groceries is not the life! I wanted more for myself but continued to stay in a mindset that well maybe "I'm not smart enough to start my own business". I started realizing something about myself, I was more comfortable complaining about my life, than taking a chance to invest in myself and make my life better. So finally, here we are in 2025, finally making my dreams come true. Baking has always been my way of spreading love and joy, and I believe everyone deserves a treat that tastes amazing and feels good to eat. That's why all my creations are 100% vegan and made with love.  

At Sweet Plantz, I'm passionate about crafting cookies and treats that are both delicious and plant-friendly. Using simple, wholesome ingredients, like flax meal, or apple sauce as a natural egg replacement, I bring you treats that satisfy your sweet tooth while aligning with your values.
